• To make a reservation you will need to completely fill out the Reservation Form. You will find this form by clicking on BOOK HERE NOW. Please note that this form has to be completed by the credit card holder and the reservation must be made in the credit card holder's name.
  
  
• Please be accurate regarding arrival and departure information in and out of San Jose so that we can coordinate your airport transportation (included in your rate). If you do not know this information at the time of reservation you can submit it at a later time. Please note, however, that in order to take advantage of the airport transfer service provided by Casa Bella Rita, we will need the flight number, airline, and exact scheduled arrival time a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival in San Jose.
  
  
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash (Colones, US Dollars, only). We do not accept traveler's checks.  Cash payments receive a 10% discount on room rental charges only.  If you do not like to travel with cash, payments may be made in advance with a check to our account in USA.  Please contact us for the the address in the USA.  We will send a confirmation of your payment after we receive it for your records.
  
  
• Once we successfully validate your credit card, we will confirm your reservation by email.

We are a small inn and cancellations affect us greatly.  Should your plans change, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.  We will refund 100% of your payment if you give us 14 days or more notice.  With 7-14 days notice, we will refund 50%.  Within 7 days we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

• There is no refund for no-shows.
  
  
• All refunds are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  
  
• Please note that we cannot offer refunds or compensations for early departures.
  
  
• We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and refund the deposit and/or room rate paid at any time.
  
  
• Please note that Casa Bella Rita is open to all visitors, although children under 12 years are not encouraged due to our location on the canyon.
